Solution Implementation Life Cycle - SILC

Projects are structured within framework of the Solution Implementation Life Cycle (SILC).

The SILC will help you to identify the stages that we have quoted for your prospective project, and where we have allocated engineering support hours throughout the engagement. It will also allow you to set expectations for your users regarding service outages, (if applicable) and help you to allocate internal resources appropriately.
