Microsoft’s Enrolment for Education Solutions (EES) is an easy, cost effective licensing
agreement that provides schools assured compliance for desktop platform products
with one annual employee count instead of PCs, the flexibility to add additional
products in any quantity, on an as needed basis and simplified asset management—all
under a single subscription agreement.

In order to participate you simply need to place an order for one or more Desktop
Platform products or suites for a quantity equal to FTE count:

Additional Products
A broad selection of software and services are available as additional products
under your EES. They provide the same License & Software Assurance coverage as desktop
platform products. Additional products may be licensed for any quantity specified
by the organization, ranging from one license to the entire FTE employee count.
Certain additional products may also be licensed either organization-wide based
on your FTE employee count (the same way you license desktop platform products),
or you may choose to acquire a specific number of licenses.
Examples of software products available as additional products include Microsoft
Office Visio, Microsoft Project, Windows Server, and Exchange Server. Examples of
CALs available as additional products include the SQL Server CALs and Dynamics CRM
Server CALs. Examples of Online Services include Business Productivity Online Suite,
Deskless Worker Suite, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online.

EES represents an alternate solution to Microsoft School Agreement and Select licensing
